So I found this recipe on a fitspiration tumblr recently. There are a lot of healthy ideas for food on there. This one just piqued my interest.
All you do is mash a banana, an egg, and a spoonful of peanut butter (or almond butter or whatever nut butter you prefer) together and fry it like a pancake.
So I tried that for breakfast this morning. Note: this is NOT supposed to taste like real pancakes. And it doesn't. If you don't like bananas, don't try it. But it actually was pretty good! I ate them with my sugar-free syrup with some eggs, and it was a delicious breakfast. My husband actually enjoyed them too (win!).
